Just sold up, but need final bit of advice

I've just sold the Chimaera. The money's just arrived in my account so I'll be waving good-bye to my baby tonight :cry:

However, there is one final thing that I need help with. I'll need to give the guy a receipt for the sale. Does anyone know what kind of thing I have to put on it? Is it along the lines if:

"I, Mr X, acknowledge the sale of the TVR Chimaera 4.5 reg A123 BCD for the amount of £y, dated dd/mm/yyyy."

Signed by both of us?
