Meta immobiliser inop from fob, just stalk?

A recent battery replacement has caused an issue.

My meta alarm fob still locks and unlocks the car but won’t switch the immobiliser off. I have to insert the immobiliser fob in to the flashing black circle to enable the car to start.

Any ideas how I can reset the system so the fob turns the immobiliser off when it disarms the alarm?

Try disconnecting the battery again for a couple of minutes, I have read of people having to do this to reset it.

If that doesn't work call David @ HF Solutions, he is the man when it comes to Meta alarms.

I had a similar issue, could try the fuse for the alarm, might be dirty contacts as mine was.
