I believe that TVR is no longer in their original Surrey office, does anyone know where they are now based ?

Has anyone been to the proposed factory in South Wales lately and what state is it in ?

Is there a dealership structure yet ?

I’m more interested in buying a Peter Wheeler era car and am wondering if this new era will continue looking after the older cars?

There are plenty of specialists out there who look after the older cars.

Nobody would want this new outfit to oversee maintenance of, as you call them, Peter Wheeler cars. There are so many businesses out there that have their origins in the old factory, they've maintained our cars and their knowledge over the lean years. I wouldn't want the new setup to have any involvement with the older cars

Hi OP.

The TVR name lives on because of the enthusiasts who own them, drive them and look after them. The latest lot are no more than a bunch of vagabonds, please don’t base your potential purchasing decision based on what they can bring to the table.

There are ex-TVR and TVR dealer staff nationwide who can assure your PW era car is maintained to the highest order. Not to mention this forum and others such as the TVRCC which offer a swathe of incredibly valuable information. The TVR forum is the kindest forum on PH or indeed any forum I can recall being on, not only that but it is awash with valuable advice, which I and many others have benefitted from immensely over the years. These pages are always open to those looking for advice. smile

And I would add that (most) specialist parts are readily available from Racing Green (who used to be TVR's 'official' parts division but are now independent) and others including Racetech Direct, Central TVR, TVRSSW, Powers Performance.
