Estoril Blue question

I’m after a touch up pen but I note there is 2 types being Estoril and Estoril ll. it seems to be a BMW colour with Estoril ll being the later colour obvs. Being a 99 car I’m assuming I need the earlier one.
I can’t find when BMW started using the later colour.
