"Liverpool TVR Car Club"

I found this site when I looked for local links. The site is still open but not active. When I go to email link, it gives "page not found". Yet there is a direct link PHeads, with the Liverpool TVRCC background colours and fonts, and all, but only, the TVR related forums.

There is no phone number, and the last update was sometime in 2004. Anyone any ideas what happened to the people who ran the site? The Club?

Another ex-pat Scouser here....

There's nothing on the TVRCC website or in Sprint about the Liverpool Region; nearest are the "Cheshire, Merseyside & Manchester" and "West Lancs" Regions

When I went to the e-mail link, it did work & went to a page with a form:
www.tvrcc-liverpool.co.uk/contact/contact.html

The Calendar page said:

Contact Larry ([e-mail]) for further details.

Try it, but don't hold your breath!

I didn't realise that you could customise/syndicate Pistonheads content like that -

I sent the email weeks ago and never got a reply. Nick, try sending the form..... Maybe Larry's bought japanese. Maybe the email's been robbed :yawn: :ha ha ha:

Just thought someone may have known what happened to the "club site". As it looked innovative, I suspect it was deemed to be unwelcome by some.

..... of course, it's a not so well known fact, that there is more car crime in greater manchester, but we dont worry about that. Self deprecating humour is (usually) left to us to take the piss out of ourselves.

We'll be accused of robbing the Premiership next season, too

That's a really old site that I created when I was living in Liverpool and had just bought my Tuscan.

Two years later I moved and no one's taken on the website or kept the meetings going.

I'm sure if your interested and contact the TVRCC they might be able to hook you up with others in the area.

I'm now a proud member of the TVRCC Bucks

How come the site is still linking to these forums, live if noone's running the site?! Aint too well up on these things myself
