I drove my Griffith up from Kent to Shropshire on Friday, motored around N Wales on Saturday and drove back to Kent on Sunday.
I didn't see another TVR of any sort over the 3 days & 500+ miles!
The weather was atrocious on the way up & the way back but the Griffith behaved impeccably & didn't let in a drop of water (does need a bit of a clean now).

I had a similar experience driving from Sussex to Lands End a couple of weekends ago in my Chim 500.
I didn't see another TVR, and it was watertight - which was impressive as it had 2 nights in Cornish storms smile

Awful journey down (A303 - say no more), the highlight of that was when a man leaned out of his camper van and said ' let's here the V8 then mate!'

The roads were much clearer on the run home and I was impressed with an average of 25MPG smile

Happy days!

I drove my Chim daily for a number of years and could go months without seeing another then two would come along at once, usually signalling a meet up near by biggrin .

How did you get away with playing a soundtrack without youtube police closing off the video?!

Possibly because they don’t know about it yet.

The point I was getting at was how Youtube have allowed the video with the music. Usually anything you upload with a commercial track quickly gets taken down in breach of copyright. Not being the YT police, but just wondered how this hadn't happened here!

I live in Blackpool, but can easily go a year or more without seeing another TVR. When I moved here 10 years ago, I thought it would be almost a daily event ; but all the local younger males seem to favour Subaru Imprezas or hot hatches with badly set-up turbos bolted on.

Outside of club events/planned meet-ups I've probably seen 5 or 6 since getting the Tuscan in April. None of which have been another Tuscan. Generally Chimaera's, one Cerb, maybe a Griffith
