Its a good question. Im in Banbury so have the same problem now that Silverstone TVR are no longer with use 
I just took mine to TVR Power and that was only about a 45 minute drive from Banbury so a bit further for you maybe. But probably the closest and arguably the guys of choice anyway :thumpup:

I would highly recommend Topcats racing. They are located between Bicester and Aylesbury (so virtually on your doorstep), very reasonable, and seriously good at what they do.

I'm up and down the A41 between Tring and Bicester all the time and I never realised I was so close to Topcats. I'll have to pop in one day...

Topcats @ Westcott down the A41 (before Waddesdon) are very close. Also David Gerald not that far up the M40.
I'm a big fan of TopCats.
V knowledgable and a nice bunch of dedicated petrol heads.
They did my Nitrons this year, including a full geometry set up and corner weighting. It TRANSFORMED the handling of my Tusc and made it a real joy to drive. (i now dont have to change trousers quite so often!)

hi welecome to the area, ive been using topcats for nearly two years now and they are excellent, go along and check them out? admoss how long have you been in banbury? never seen you around i live in one of the small villages north east, why dont you come along to the northants tvrcc meet?

I also live in Bicester. Use TopCats for my servicing and I can say that they are a good bunch of very knowledgable people.
Caught a number of things that were missed by the local dealer who is now defunct. Also, repaired some damage caused by said local dealter.
But I do need to say that I thought that local dealer was excellent just needed to build their body of knowledge.

Not me.. I'm single, thats why I can afford the car. More reliable than a girlfriend thats for sure...

A spotted and I didn't even notice......how rubbish is that!
Was a complicated day, off to a wedding in Wilts and dropping the Spitfire off for a bit of a fettle by Paul Cull in Wooton Basset.
Amazingly my Mrs didn't even notice the slow blue 4.0L contraption that she had parked the rip roaring 5.0L red beast beside and the Triumph behind!
BTW have you decatted yours as it was louder than mine?
I haven't attended any local meets. When is the next one?

The exhaust was done by Austec when owned by the previous owner. I try and go to the Oxfordshire TVRCC meet held at the Mill and Old Swan in Minster Lovell - 1st Thursday in the month (I think). ie next week .
If you fancy going let me know.
