Silly question

As title says, my son is looking for his next TVR and really likes the red 2007 model Tuscan S that has just been advertised on here, it says Factory finished, but I thought the Tuscan S of that year had the wavy dash and was wondering why this model has the old Baboon style dash, am I missing something here.

I don't know anything about that particular car, but I've seen a MK1 Tuscan S on an 05 plate for sale recently....well into when the MK2 was available The ad stated that it was the display car in a dealership for a couple of years and thus was the last MK1.

Could be similar situation with the one your son is looking at.

Possibly during the slomenski cross over period, I believe he stopped production to sort the quality issues. Car might have sat for a while in a nearly finished state before being finished when production started later would be my guess. Not that many 2nd gen Tuscan S about so someone will know, I remember it being advertised at James Agger so I’d start there.
