Presale inspections?

Hi there

my friend is about to make a sensible decision, and is looking for somebody on the south coast of England who can do some prepurchase inspections of some potential TVRs - are there any recommendations or known names?

I have used Rob back in 2010 for sourcing my Chimaera 500. http://www.findasportscar.co.uk/
He has produced a superb documented report and I went along with the purchase. No surprises there. The car was just as described in the report.

All I can say is thanks for Phil's recommendation. He went and checked out what looked like a too-good-to-be-true advert of a particular TVR that had a great enthusiast owner in the past, but the car is now a dog after being around the block with some non-TVR folk. He's found a better car which is great, but heartbreaking to see such an epic car in that state. Shame on the dealership too IMO, complete polar opposite of the description.
