Bagged a decent Reg for the Tuscan

Glad you are enjoying your new ride Mick
Living on the edge is part of the excitement
I need to stop driving it like I do the McLaren. The Mac has a lot of gizmos keeping it straight at highly illegal speeds. The Tuscan relies on driver self-preservation. It really is sledge hammer versus scalpel - analogue versus digital. I’m going to end up in a ditch if I don’t dial it back.Living on the edge is part of the excitement

Hospital is not the place to be right now and pain hurts.Hope that helps.
Glad your enjoying the car.
You will enjoy it a lot more once the weather warms up a bit like the tyres.
A Tvr will make you pay if your not careful as they are so light and over powered from the rear in slick conditions which means the pendulum goes from forward momentum to swapping ends in the blink of an eye unless you are used to reacting very fast and keep that forward momentum by coming off and on throttle like a tap dancer
Enjoy
Saw your post on the scc page on Facebook. You bought Nigels old one?
You'll soon get used to the tvr, just a different way of driving.
I did many a road trip in my chimaera and t350 with supercars, often in torrential rain with no issues. Just teaches you to alter your driving to a more smoother style
Enjoy it! What mac do you have? One of those is on my next toy list in a year or so.

I started to drive it like the 720S, but soon realised that my ass was heading for the bushes if I didn’t dial it back. TBH, it’s more fun than the Mac and if I had to choose between one of them, the Mac would be gone - it may be that I’m still in the honeymoon period and could change my view, but to get the same level of excitement/fun from the Mac, you are in serious go-to-jail territory.
