My brother and I, at the age of 14 visited the TVR factory with our father, we’ve just found the photos which we thought we had lost.

Enjoy!

Great day out, good memories! Hopefully a few owners might recognise their car being made :-)

Brilliant, many thanks for posting.

That Tuscan must have been one of the very first.

I have a feeling it may have been the one from the 1998 motor show, but may be wrong.

Andrew.

First thing I thought as timing is about right, it looks very similar and not quite like the production ones.

The dog looks like Ned! Great photos, lovely to see. The glory days.

ETA - the AJP was such a pretty engine, so compact.

I’d say your chances are pretty high.
I’m not an expert, but I’ve never seen another Chim or Griff in the same colour.

Many thanks for the old photos Andrew smile

Can anyone tell me what they are doing in the above photo? Is that a part-assembled buck for what would have been a then prototype shell?

That’s a sight that sure brings back some memories !

Im just trying to figure out what’s happening there. It kinda looks like they’ve trying to fabricate another chassis off of the one below instead of using the jig?
