TVR Tuscan VIN question
Discussion
I'm looking to purchase a TVR and the VIN numbers that on the plate in the boot is 1 digit short of the VIN number that's on the V5 and chassis, should I be concerned or is this a classic TVR foible?
To give some context the plate isn't secured in the car, it's loose. The car is a Cat C car and the boot has just had new carpets, which is the reason the plate isn't secured.
I'm already slightly concerned about the resale value already being a Cat C, but with the missing digit on the VIN number spooked me a little more.
Anyone else come across this before? Should I be concerned?
