Saggy leather trim

My tamora had a retrim under its previous owner, a shocking job with the roof lining on the targa panel hanging down on my head and bulges appearing on the door cards. The leather is in good condition just badly stuck down. Whats involved in peeling the leather off and reglueing it? Is this dooable or am I likely to damage the leather peeling it off the door cards/roof?

Any tips going??
