Ok what do you think.

The TVR has been laid up over the winter and I can't get an Mot at the moment. But with this nice weather......

Does the MOT amnesty apply only apply if the car had an MOT before, or is it a free for all for anything that didn't have an mot?

Should I risk it? I know it would be worth it.

If the MOT was due before the lockdown then there is no extension or amnesty, you need an MOT.

Many MOT stations are still open.

Stick your registration in this gov.uk site and your MOT due date will appear, also all historic MOT reports for that vehicle

Yep I got my Kawasaki done, guy on the phone asked when it ran out and said they are only doing MOT's for cars that arent included in the Amnesty, unless they arent busy and will do ones included then.
