Hi,

does anyone know where I could I hire a TVR for a weekend at a reasonable price. Preferably in the Midlands.

Its my wedding anniversary coming up - and the wife would love to drive one.

The TVR Centre in Barnet used to advertise hire on their web site. Dunno if they still do ...

I hired one for my wife a few years ago from Bespokes self drive. www.bespokes.co.uk

They weren't exactly cheap but we got it over a bank holiday weekend so got an extra day for free.

Barnet no longer hire cars out (too many were being trashed sending the insurance through the roof - even with a £5k deposit).

TVRCarHire is run by Bespokes (but I reckon it's under license from TVR). The prices are cheaper on the Bespokes website though.

Have you thought of contacting your local TVRCC region? I know both Mid-Essex and SELNWK have provided a few TVRs for weddings in the last year (driven by the owners).
