Hi, spoke to Dave at SC Power, and apparently they only sell door end stops, not the actual Ears....

Does anyone have the template I could use......Please before I start to need Sub Aqua Gear to drive smile

Remind yourself to buy a lottery ticket!

Just found a template, I'll find a piece of cardboard and make you one tomorrow.

All you will need to do is

1) drop me you address via my profile.

2) Get hold of some 3mm neoprene rubber sheet, you can cut one ear from a 70 x 90mm piece. you need two.
(mirror image)
3) If you can't get hold of 3mm neoprene, then resort to a think inner tube!

Whilst I must have sent out about 50 pairs of these I never actually fitted any to my Chim. Just sealed the roof and under the bonnet and it was as dry as a bone.

Found this from 2005!!!!

The glue I used was evostick or bostick (the contact stuff - ie glue on both bits , leave to dry for 5 or 10 mins and push together).
Clean the under the hood section with thinners to remove previous glue.
I use an old bicycle inner tube and cut to size - does the job.
Don't get glue on the velcro, you don't need to. Just stick to the rubber to the fibreglass hood section as it will move back when you drop the hood, ie if you stick it to the velcro you won't be able to drop the hood (easily - or without ripping the rubber undoing your good work).
Ensure the flappy bit sits over the door and no more leaks behind the seat and wet seat belts.

Can you post the image on here maybe with a measurement or two so it can be resized if required after printing off?
