Dead Battery Wows - Chimaera
Discussion
Hi there, before I do any damage, thought I'd ask the wise people on this forum.
So my 96 Chimaera has been parked up for about 8 months and funny old thing the battery is dead. Now I fitted a battery brain (battery isolating device) and don't usually lock it - because of this very reason!
Anyway, battery is dead, however the good news is that I didn't close the bonnet, so I have access to the engine. So the question is, where is the best place to attach either a battery or at least a charger that will feed enough power to get the doors open? For info the battery is in the passenger foot-well before anyone asks. My initial thoughts are positive terminal on the alternator and earth to the chassis.
Anyway, any thoughts?
Many thanks in advance.
