Speed 12 poster

Help! I''ve been looking for a big poster of a Speed 12 for ages and can''t find one anywhere. Can anyone on this forum reccomend anywhere (''net of shop) that would do them? Thanks in advance.

Ha! Those of us in the Team last year watched with envy as gradually every team in the paddock (even the little zero budget Stratos replica...) turned up at each race with huge posters for their drivers to sign and give away. All we could give to 'Verders' and Jnr were postcards of the racecar and posters of Tuscans/Cerbera Speed Sixes. We told the PR department of our problems in an increasingly forthright manner as the season progressed, but were brushed aside. The young (and not so young) would form huge ques to meet the drivers of their favourite car and trudge off dissapointed with a poxy 6"x4" postcard - which was taken in poor light at the Thruxton opener, when the car had the spare nose, wrong headlight configuration, prototype splitter and crappy 5-spoke wheels on it. Great shot, that. I wish you luck in your quest, I don't think a black 12 poster has been produced yet. Martin Short, however will be only too glad to sign one of his Tuscan R pics, though.

I can do you a 10x8" photo if you want... Not a poster I grant you, but may feed your need for a Speed 12 fix

Thanks for the offer, but I really want a BIG poster - preferably the photo of the purple one that appeared on the front of Top Gear magazine when the Speed 12 first came out, low level shot straight at the front.

Do you know if there are any places you can get large posters of Griffiths! Want one for the front room... really piss the girl friend off!!?

If you can get a good photo or picture, get it blown up to poster size at a Snappy Snaps (or similar photo development place). Not sure of the quality, but if the scan resolution is high enough and the original of good quality, it should be O.K. Sparks

TL. What size of Griffith poster are you after? I've got a couple of pics I can print up to A3

A3 sounds about right..just going to put it in one of those glass frame things and hang it proudly over the mantle peace...that'll piss her in doors off!
