A Public Request of the TVRCC

Having missed the previous three due to car not being ready, last months Cadwell TD was great.

There has been talk of having two [UK] days next year.

Could one of them be at Anglesey?? Great track. And could be combined into a mini-meet to take in some of the great roads around N Wales. Good excuse to get people to visit the 'out of the way' track which is a lot of fun.

Last time I tried, (last summer) I got as far as a tour around Snowdonia and then my crank snapped!

Bit harsh on noise, not the marshals the local residents and council, but they have to enforce it.
I got black flagged, when the marshal was explaining the reason he had to pause while a passenger airplane came in to land at East Midlands airport!

They did however suggest places to lift off!

They have been known to do noisy days though, as I understand it they can hold a limited number of these a year. I’m not sure on the logistics of such but could we not just request a ‘noisy day pass’

I struggle to get my car with a standard silencer below 103 dB with track day silencers on.

It seems that tracks with a 100 db limit are out of my reach!

IIRC from the release of circuit charges / fees Donnington were a five figure sum MORE expensive than Cadwell. I'm sure a noisy day would have a further premium too.

That's quite an addition to split between 50/60 people.
