Poor Customer Service
Discussion
Anybody know if you have a complaint about TVR and its Dealers who the best person to contact at TVR Customer Services. Address if possible.
Had my 4.2 Cerbera 11 months has been off the road for 5 months and has had 2 major mechanical failures ie. Crank snapping. TVR are denying and responsibility even though the car has full TVRSH and has done 15k miles.
Anybody else had similar experience to myself.
Why not write to the man himself, Peter Wheeler. I used to work for a TVR dealer myself and even we had problems getting help for owners from the factory so I can understand your frustration! I assume you have spoken to the dealer principal at your dealer, if not why not? The best way to do it is very loudly in the middle of a busy showroom, you will be amazed what it achieves! How old is the car? Have you had it from new? What reason did the dealer give for the factory not helping? You could try Ben Samuelson at the factory as well he might be able to help.

I suggest legal action, if the vehicle is not fit for purpose at the time of leaving the factory by virtue of underdevelopment TVR have a duty of care to the customer, even for a used purchase, in fact there should be an organisation to support disgruntled TVR owners and help them with redress against the truckulence of TVR.
It needs a lawyer (preferrably one that has been in your position) an engineer with expert experience of TVR and some people to meke lots of noise, even small claims can make companies think if they arrive in numbers.
That's my last service
