RL7s, 18"x9", Hens teeth?
Discussion
I've been looking for some while for a pair of 5 stud as fitted to some Cerberas and haven't had any luck.
So many people have changed their wheels that you may have thought that I would've come across a pair but sadly no. Are you guys hanging on to them?
The 17"x8" are more common but even they are thin on the ground.
If anyone knows of any lurking around please let me know

Some say they are porous and / or are subject to cracking anyway, hence TVR withdrawing them from an option.
Yes the 17s are kept by owners coz they are stronger than the "chocolate" spiders.....and some use them as track day sets keeping the spiders for looks when not tracking.
The 18s used on tuscan racers are different and don't fit Cerbs.

I've had 2 sets. First set tvr replaced them with spiders for free as they were cracked. 2nd set I bought a few years ago off eBay I think. I bought them cracked and was going to get them repaired. But I didn't really feel comfortable with repaired wheels (or putting 'earlier' wheels on a later car) and so I sold them on.
They do look fab though.

Really, I didn't know that.
What's different with the Tuscan ones?
Tuscan Challenge RL7's are Ford Granada Scorpio pcd, so would fit Wedges but not Cerb/T car. What's different with the Tuscan ones?

Hi Peter I have a set of 17" rl7's as well, my standard spider wheel nuts are tapered but the rl7 wheels seem to have a flat fitments, can you clarify or even better point where to find the correct nuts?
That's interesting. My car came with 16/17" RL7s so I'll check what nuts it has!

They are offa Jeep Cherokee from the 90's.
Easy to find them on ebay.
Yes they are 1/2" unf but to fit spiders they have a 60degree taper, looking at the rl7's they have no tapper, so don't want to risk using standard Cherokee bolts until I am 100% Easy to find them on ebay.

That "may be" becuase the previous owner has been using 60* coned nuts and tightening them over the years to create that slope... not good as eventually they may crack or distort inwards towards the hub hole...saying maybe because its hard to see
