I have just returned from collecting my Griff from big Col and all at TVRSSW.

My Alarm had an issue so was taken to Colin on the back of a low loader, strangely enough as most TVR's do she started when Colin investigated, however the fault returned so I left her there to be sorted.

Long story cut short I would just like to mention to anybody who does not know; we have a brilliant garage in TVRSSW, the work was completed on the day I was told, we arranged a collection day, picked her up and went through the work carried out. Yes I did ask for more than just the initial fault to be rectified, all the work was carried out with the normal level of care and passion.

All I can say is a big thank-you for all the work and attention to detail to TVRSSW. See you all again at service time.

Great to hear you've had a good experience from Colin.

Think we sometimes get a tad weary of hearing all the doom stories on here, so yours is a real lift to the spirits!

Yes he is a bit of a Gem down at TVRSSW, I imagine you may have seen my Tuscan sat forlornly outside when you collected yours, funnily enough, it arrived in similar fashion to yours, on the back of a lowloader!
The amount of times I've asked Colin for some last minute jobs (Usually the day before the cars due at an event!) also, I struggle to remember if I've ever just had Col do the job its booked in for, there's always another couple of things I ask him to do whilst he has it.
Top bloke, top service.

I've heard Tina makes a superb cup of tea as well! That may just be hearsay mind wink

Nothing but praise for Big Col and everybody at TVRSSW.

He has been an absolute legend since I've had my Chim. Always up for a chat and will bend over backwards to help out.

I have known Col for a number of years now, and take my Chim to him. A 500 mile round trip, but it is always worth it. thumbup

I know there are name & shame rules but I have to disagree.

The tea was average at best....and no biccies tongue out

Fortunately the work by Col was exceptional and he diagnosed a really tricky problem with my engine that many had given up on. Thoroughly recommend him.

It's great to see some solid confidence in the garage industry...especially with the stick they get in the mainstream arena...I know it's abit different with specialist car sector but it still good to hear. I've nothing but praise for TVR Power after my upgrade but the car will be serviced at TrackvRoad for its servicing as its closer and I know the team there pretty well...even though there's other TVR dealerships closer its all about the people & trust.
