I need a new clutch now for my old Rover V8 cry

I had fitted a V8D 500lbft Helix Jobbie now its slipping on boost.

Dont know what my options are...Initial thoughts are an AP paddle to handle the torque. Anyone got experience of a high torque clutch that will suit?? Does anyone use a Paddle Plate?? Whats its like??

My brother had one on his 550HP 930 turbo. Needs a very strong foot to modulate, as the range from initial contact to full engagement is VERY small. A bit on/off.

I.E., pain in the arse if you drive where there are a lot of reasons to stop and start.

Best,
B.
