Due to a massive cockup by Donington over the number of days their allowed to run the TVR Race on the 23rd has been moved to Friday the 15th July.

Now thats a bit of an issue for spectators, but for those that can find the time the good point is that tickets are free that Day...

The World Touring Cars are running at the weekend and will be testing on the Friday..

If you can make it the TVRCC/DTEC hospitality will be inthe paddock come and say Hi...

Should be popping along to this, is there a TVR Parking area?

Yes, somewhere inside biggrin

It should also have the usual TVRCC hospitality tent up with cake and tea for members - if you are so inclined wink

Don't know the full details, but just ask at the entrance for directions. There is a TVR dedicated area somewhere there!

Looking at the times I think I'll pop along.
I'm in Huddersfield in the morning but should make it back for the first race so I'll be there cheering for you all.

I'll pop along for the tea-time session, should be good.

Is it possible to just turn up & still get free entry??

When someone knows where the TVR parking is can they post it up, thanks. smile
I just know I'll get blank looks of the gate staff and end up parking at the opposite end of the circuit...... paperbag

It was a good day, just like the good old days of TVR Tuscan racing at donington supporting the BTTC back in the day.
And how much better was the weather yesterday than today. rotate

Again thanks for the tip off, managed to spend a couple of hours there in the afternoon, tvr race was good, those auto Gp cars were bloody amazing during free practice, liked the fact there was virtually no one there and I could wander around un-challenged wherever I wanted, brilliant afternoon biglaugh

Cheers.....Tony..

So good to see those race Tuscans, just like the good ole days. The noise of the snarling ajps is still very special, I do miss it. Great to see all the TVRs still going strong.

Blinking hard work to get the car ready a week early but we made it and had a great time.. a class win in race 1 ( when they put us back inthe right class <LOL>) after all the work was brilliant, and I couldnt have done it without Jamie rebuilding my engine. A rear Wheel bearing put us out of the 2nd race but on balance a good day. The next race is Rockingham on 20/21 August.
