Being a lucky SOB, I'm currently in Montreal and it just happens to be F1 GP weekend smile
Thought I should share some images of Thursday.

I need to reduce the size of some.
Anyway, two more points.
First, like some of these wheels, particularly second im bottom left. Do you think they will go with a Mk2 Tuscan ?

Second, If anyone tries to tell me that TVR panel lines are not so good I'll show them these pics.
Gap was not even on each side and big enough to put your fingers in.

and the bumper is orrible.

To be fair that whole rear section has to hinge open to get to the rear of the car and the bumper is down to stupid US regs. They look very nice with the bumper delete kit on !

There's some almost identical wheels to the ones you posted on this car: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2880355.htm

Personally...... nono

That said, i'm thinking a set of these would look great... so it looks like i'm quite fickle!

Oh yes, sorry.
Is a date set ?
I missed last year due to holidays (vacation). That said, I was driving around Spain in the Tuscan so I was still enjoying myself.
I certainly would love to attend again. Will you be going again ?
Thanks,
Tony.

I took a closer look today and realy like some of them. Thinking of a respray in red so darker finish wheels is on my mind.
The ones you show look a bit like SP12's. A lot of people on here have said they dont think they suit the Tuscan but for me they are just 12 spoke spiders as aposed to 7.
Each to their own smile
Just counted and yours are 9 spoke so maybe not so busy as the SP12's.

Tony: Oct. 01/11.........If you are in the area (Calgary is EXPANDING their LRT line bigtime) I might be able to help you find a TVR or two...... Don't think the Spousal Unit will let me cross the line to go to Woodwork this year but I do plan on attending the Bronte car show in Toronto the weekend before Woodwork. Will probably take one of the cars down in my trailer or fly at the last minute like I did last year. I got to take a friends RHD V8S to the show on Sunday and he found some twisties for us both ways. Mike should have his RHD Red Rose specked Cerb in "TorontA" by now. Remember Oct. 01/11 for Bucks County and the weekend before in "TorontA". Talk to you guys later..

Colin: I don't need to grow a pair....( I hope ). Sherry just pointed out the pros and cons of me crossing the border into the U.S.of A and she brought up some good points and for that I point the blame on her for me not going. I pushed it way too much on that 6 week trip around North America in 09 and a person only has so much luck. I am definately going to "TorontA" for the Bronte show and John Wadmans BBQ the weekend before Woodwork but I won't know until closer to that date if I am driving or flying. Would love to see everyone at Woodwork and bring a different car but I think Chelsea and Carly are now ready to stand in for their Dad. (Which has never been proven even though they spend my money as if they already have me in the cardboard box that is picked out for me.)

I have to thank you for winding me up some about what is a real car. (Hopefully you remember the thread) I don't mind spending big cash to get one but the last 2 I looked at have been priced about 10% more than they cost new and that is a hard pill to swallow and then looking at the average service cost makes me want to look at the Jags again but they are from TaTa. Can't win on this side of the pond. Talk to you guys later.

Tony: Gilles and Buzzy are both in Montreal and have TVRs but I only have their e-mails so at this time it would be hard to get ahold of them for a get together. You met Buzzy at Woodwork and you would really like Gilles and Lucy as they are just like the rest of those crazy Canadians from "TorontA" but with a funny accent. If you get to "TorontA" you should try to get Dave or someone else to take you out to Mikes to see his stable of TVRs. It would be time well spent.....

Cant make Toronto this trip, heading for Boston on Monday.
Probably too late to meet with your Montreal friends now but if their in town for the fun, I'm staying at the Hotel De La Montagne.
Cheers,
Tony.

Tony: Buzzy lives in Montreal but works in Ottawa for the government in the EXPLOSIVES Dept. and he is back in Montreal most weekends I think. Gilles and Lucy live and work in Montreal. I will get you their e-mail for your next visit. Gilles is still also VP of a sports car club in the belle province of Quebec, so it might be worth looking them up. When you go back to "TorontA" you should try to get someone to take you out to Mike's in Burlington to see his stable of TVRs/Donkey car and Massy and his replica "PORSHA" Speedster. Him and Leo also have 2 Chims and a Red Rose "specked" Cerb. Great people and the cars just add to the experience. I had more fun with those 2 over the 2 days for the John Wadman (Canadian Importer of TVRs) BBQ and Bronte car show (over 1000 British cars the last 2 years) than my whole 6 weeks that I spent travelling around North America with my V8 Taimar. Those 2 or 3 days each year make me want to book my next trip as soon as I get home. (Getting to take Mike's V8S to the car show for him was a bonus.) He has already told me that if I fly in this year for the show that I can take 1 of the other TVRs for him but NOT the Cerb. By accident I have picked a Best Western Hotel to stay at for the last 2 years that is only about 5 minutes from his house and as you have experienced in your travels that there is NOTHING in the "TorontA" area that is only 5 minutes away.
