The last I heard you could arrange to walk through it but not drive through it as the ventilation systems weren't finished...

Haven't had a front plate since I bought the Tiv 18 months ago ... gets put on for MOTs and even though I've been pulled a few times recently for other "infringements" the police haven't complained about no plate either!
