TVR is the car that I love!
You can receive sprint TVR (TVR cc uk) magazine while not having a TVR (for ...
hours)
I want to register but have not found anything about it. (ie without esssre owner of TVR)
In Italy there is' little interesting (to me) about the TVR (Tuscan first)

Hi there, you need to join the UK TVR Car Club and pay the yearly subscription to receive the Sprint magazine, this can be done through their website or on the phone.

I may not have fully understood your question but if you want to receive the TVR Car Club 'Sprint' monthly magazine you will need to join the TVR Car Club. You do not have to be a TVR owner to join the club.
