Heading over the Simplon pass in January was probably the most memorable TVR experience I've had.

These 2 photos were taken less than an hour apart!

No, it's a decatted 500 with race cams, motorsport ecu, coilovers, LSD,seat hoops , carbon roof, etc, etc. Lovely car.
Sadly, it was my late friend's cherished and owned from new car - he died from cancer 18 months ago - his widow still has it in her garage as she hasn't been able to bring herself to part with it for now. I have sorted the MOT for the last two years ( only 200 miles between ) and thoroughly enjoyed driving it for that purpose as it was always looked after and garaged by him. It reminds me of him and the track days we used to do together.

that's a sad story, sorry to hear about your friend. I had a purple paradise 500 too. If she gets to the point where she might like to sell, drop me a PM?
