Apparently there is a pretty much monthly track event at Goodwood for members...

I was, when i had the RS` s (Fiesta turbo, S2 Escort turbo oh and a crap company Escort Cossie )
Your right about Goodwood how ever there tends to be more of a Bring what you run type events than true RS day a bit hit and miss to what you get up there, a truly chalenging circuit IMHO Tony

Used to be..........the RS2000 hasn't been on the road for about 5 or 6 years now so I kinda let it lapse. Did the National days 3 years on the trot, even taking the 2-litre MKII Escort round Donington in '95.....the year when they just lumped everyone together so my group consisted of me, a MKI, and about 10 Escort Cossies in various stages of race/rally prep & Severn Valley's (?) 500bhp cossie-powered transit. Now THAT was an amusing trackday, for amusing read scary, having to get the hell out the way every 5 seconds!

Nice 4i Peter is it a TT or Janspeed conversion? Whats the spec?

its a TT conversion, its a 230bhp kit although its running on a high comp motor running 8psi.. not much on the car is standard either.. since that photo it now features a genuine RS500 bumper and spliter. i wan't some fog light grills, but i aint paying £200 for some chicken wire

You have got lots of pic of your XR4i but i can't see your Turbo or pipe work ,all the ones i`ve seen have the inlet chamber turned round, is the black one turboed then

ah i see yeah there both turbo'd

hes a pic of the black on, you can just make out the turbo on the right hand side of the engine under the actuator..
