Get it on the ramps and prod the front anti-roll bar bushes with a screwdriver. Then when bits of black rubber have fallen out, go on the Interweb and Google for Polyurethane Bushes. if its not these then prod the other bushes too. The standard Ford ARB bushes generally rot after 3-4 years use so replacing them with poly bushes saves money in the long run and you get a better handling car too.
