Ford Crossflow

I have a 711M Ford 1600 GT /Crossflow engine.
On the cilinderblock is stamped T12.
Who knows what this means?
I have seen other 1600 GT engines with T10,T14 or T16 on it.

This may help, it seems to relate to the casting number and hence block thickness.The lower the number the thicker the walls.
