Saw a lovely maroon Sierra Cosworth RS500 moving rather quickly on the M4 on saturday afternoon heading toward Reading. I love that car, especially at high speed. If it was mine would want it in that purpley colour but if the owners on here, it made a very dull trip from Swansea to Surrey abit more interesting. Made a damn good noise too. I want one, complete with the small alloys and big wing very very much.

May well have been coming back from Castle Combe as there was a big RSOC track meet there that day.

They only did the RS500 in black, white or moonstone blue by the way. Black is most common with roughly 4/5 of production in that colour, the remaining ones split between white and moonstone

That will be the car built up from a new shell by Brodie Britain Racing - the colour is an XJ220 maroon and its runs a 4x4 set up

hi there
same type off story but much further away , i got scorced by a RS500 {in black } on the M4 but in ireland , i was doing 80mph it had to be doing 120+ mph english plate {D reg } sweet car , there is a guy not far from me selling a 3dr cossie {in white } he is looking for 11,000 euro for it , needs a full respray , bits of interior ,and inner wings replaced , so you can imagine i thought it was a bargain {NOT!!!!!!!!!!} all because over here they are rare enough , seen a few but only a few proper 3dr cossies
