Try some penetrating oil, lets sit for at least an hour. Use a deep well socket (and extension) that's slightly too small to fit over the flats on the plug and firmly tap on them with a hammer to induce vibration. If they still won't break free, then try tightening them slightly. If still no luck then use a torch to heat the cylinder head area around the plug but not the plug itself.
Another method I've heard of is to disconnect the wiring connector for the injector that shares the cylinder with a stuck plug. Start and warm up the engine, shut off the engine and then try. Be forewarned, this method will turn on the check engine light.
