Which should be located in the lowest portion of the sump (oil pan). The plugs are usually large- 17MM or bigger.

I was thinking that, but couldn't be bothered to write it!! Maybe he's been suckered into buying a boggo 1.3L with some stickers silly

Sump plugs are normally 13mm on Fords I think...
