Hey oop chaps,

Sounds like a rubbish question but I don't have the car with me at the moment and want to know if I can do it quickly tonight.

Have a brake light that's out...how do you replace it? Do you take the light cover off and do it that way from the outside, or from inside the boot somewhere (which from memory is quite covered up?).

It's an S-reg 1998 Focus Hatchback

Thanks!

You need to take the whole cluster out to change a bulb which is a bit of a pain! A couple of bolts (or are the screws it's a while since I did it!) from the inside and out it comes. Actually swapping the bulbs over is easy though.

Cheers,

Paul.
