Puma roof aerial

Somebody decided that they didn't like the look of my car roof aerial and snapped it off. Unfortunately they sheared it off at the thread. (it was on my drive at the time!)

I assume that you have to remove the aerial base via the interior light.

How does the interior light come apart?

Can you get retractable roof aerials?
