Tyre size for Sierra 4x4

Hi all i have a friend with a sierra XR4i he needs to know what is the max tyre size he can run on standard wheels?

The standard 4i wheels are only 5.5 x 14`s so there ain`t a lot going for it, standard is 195/60, you could probably stretch to 215/60 on the back, but really you need to go to 7x15 RS type wheels and go 225/50 all round with a small change in the gearing and a bit of speedo error.
