Focus speakers

I have replaced the head unit, and now I'm changing all four speakers. Am I correct in thinking they are all 5 x 7? If that is true, can i just buy four new 5 x 7 speakers and fit them in the existing holes? I think I need to buy the adapters as well. Is it difficult to remove the old one's, because it looks to me like I'll have to take the door panels off?

yes IIRC they are 5x7's all round.
