I know stupid girl question, but what kind of price should I be looking at for 2 front tyres, balancing, valves etc?
Should I have them replaced with the same as it came with?
Any recommendations? Kwik fit type place or Ford garage?

It's an 05 Streetka

Thanks

Don't go for Goodyear GT2s. I have one (!) on the front and it locks up under harsh braking whereas the other Hankook tyre doesn't! Hmmmm i think about £40 a tyre is reasonable for mine, but they are 165/65 tyres for steel wheels. I presume you have the alloys!?

dont go to kwick-fit. according to them the only good tyres are Michelin and everything else is rubbish.

good year eagle F1's are very good. the best iv eaver had. but they dont last all that long and on very hot days they seam to melt a bit. A nother good thing about them is that if they are going to let go then they give a little bit of noise, but no so much that you sound like a boy racer that has just passed his test
