Just a quick question...

I have a standard '03 Ka with standard 13" 7 spoke plastic wheel covers. I think that the wheel covers look a bit shabby and wondered if I could paint them white!? If I taped over the Ford logo and then primed, sprayed and then lacquered, would this work or would it peel in few months!?

The same question also applies to the plastic door handles if I sprayed them in the Ink blue!?
