Zetec Questions!

Im putting a 2.0l zetec into my 1600 escort (also zetec)

Questions i have is!

Are the 1.6 & 1.8/2.0 induction manifolds the same? If not whats the differance.

Im trying to keep it as simple as possible, ie just bolting existing 1600cc manifolds straight onto the 2.0l block.

oh good luck with that one. i would had thort they would of been the same but there is bigger wories that you need to think about than just the size of the manifolds. I,E do you need to change the wireing loum?, gear box?
dont want to scair you but i hate hearing or reading about people who have done some work them selves and couldent fix a problem that wasent there befor. good luck geez

Ive found some more info now!

Seems you can use 1600cc manifold but bit restrictive. looks like its going to be the whole lot in! Im pretty confident with it really! (honest)
