MPG on modified Focus ST-225's?
Discussion
I'm just wondering if anyone out there has one of the Wolf or GGR kits and what effect it has had on fuel consumption? I am thinking in theory, that with fewer restrictions and better torque, the mpg should improve, unless you are booting it constantly.
I have heard that Bluefin alone will increase fuel consumption and I don't really want that as it's hardly good as standard!
Cheers,
Jez

I have recently bought an ST to develope some software upgrades to go with various hardware options that I already stock for its Volvo cousins.
Presently, I am running with a Ferrita downpipe with Kemira 100 cel cat and stainless cat back plus a larger intercooler and have a very reliable 279bhp measured on the new Torque of the Devil Dyno Dynamics machine in Uxbridge just two days ago. I had to make a hurried journey to Bognor Regis from North London very early this morning and recorded 26.5mpg overall. My understanding is that is not a bad figure....I too would be interested in other experiences with modified ST's.
