hi anyone boosted power output on a 2.5 td 109 ps to 140ps if anyone has i would be interested in any feedback is it worth doing

I've seen one tuned up with a VaD plug in chip, went well enough, but smoked a bit

Head cracked after a few months allowing water loss to the exhaust port......can't prove either way if it was attributable to the increased power.
