mondeo st tdci problem

my 54 plate mondeo st tdci has got its ABS warning light on in amber with a skidding car next to it ,is it ok to drive does it just mean there is no ABS ? does anyone think the dealer will cover it under warranty ???? as they look for any excuse not too !!!!!!

54 plate with safety system fault-err yes-they will fix it!!

Yeah take it in, I'm sure they'll sort it.

Just out of interest, have you been through any deep puddles recently? The ABS sensors don't like getting wet and I think it causes a bit of a short somewhere and makes the dash light come on. If this is the case, it might "mend" itself when it dries out...
