KA relay panel is where?

Owners manual says the fuse panel and relay panel are both 'under the instrument panel'. The fuse panel is obvious but where the heck is the relay panel?

on the back of the fuse panel ,

How do I get to it? Do I need to remove the screws mounting the fuse panel to the car?

Yes you will need to drop the fuse box , also there should be another fuse box under the bonnet
