replacing ford ka front wing

Anyone know exactly what's involved in replacing the front wing of a Ka? Is it a simple job, or horribly complex? I have the option of rebuilding extensive denting including panel edge distortion, or putting a new panel in.

Comments, instructions and/or pointing me to a site that covers it (couldn't find one with a fair bit of googling) much appreciated!

from memory (its been donkeys since i worked on one) the bumper comes off complete with the arch mouldings as one unit. Then its a matter of unbolting the splash shield and removing the guard, i think you have to take the headlight out as well.
