focus st170 noise....

Hi

I've recently noticed a weird sort of grinding noise coming from the front wheel. Its only when i turn right and when its going slow, like under 20mph and it sound like a quiet clicking noise. The brakes work fine. Any ideas what it could be?

Could be a cv joint on the driveshaft mate .
