I'v got a friend.... well it's true, he has a new ish Fiesta ST and want's a little more power. I assume it's a chip that he needs but has anybody got any advice? Cheers

A well run in ST is dishing out more than the standard 148bhp, at a recent RR session a standard ST was over 160bhp IIRC, try over at the STOC site, for more info on upgrades, including an official Ford Cosworth power pack, not cheap but 195bhp in NA form

Lumpyer Cams, Full exhaust with sports Cat, and a Rolling road Remap should get you around 20bhp.
