If I was to fit the 6 speed intermittent wiper stalk to my 03' Focus what other parts would I require to get tee 6 speed function to work, presumably the relay and ?????

From memory I believe it is just a straight swap and should work straight away, I believe the Ghia stalk just has an extra pin or two which the none 6 speed one does not. The wiring loom has all the connections their already.

You need the extra wire to be present, if it isn't you can retro fit it - but takes a little while. AFAIK that is.

Hi

Don't suppose you know the colour combo for the extra wire do you, also where does it connect to at the wiper/relay end?

Thought it would be a useful addition as i can get the arm for £20 on ebay, use loads of works cars with this function and it's supprisngly useful.

Did you ever get this sorted Chris?

It's been driving me mad the last few days without variable intermittent!! Thinking of doing the conversion myself.

Cheers

Hi

Not sorted it yet, as far as i'm aware it's quite simple but not got round to it yet, seems that decorating is taking over my life at the moment, all things car like have taken a back seat, car hasn't seen a spong or car wash for about 6 months now, you think it looks dirty in my profile pic.

I can tell you that it's a straight swap on the RS, no extra relay or wiring needed. Simple job but a bit fiddly, takes about 20 mins.
