Focus rear window off runner ?

any advice thankfully received. our Focus rear window appears to have come off its runner ? motor runs & i can see a cable moving inside (after taking off door trim) but window stays put. the window can be lifted up & down freely by hand. any ideas ? any common probs with these? i spent a while on this earlier but couldnt work out how it works . thanks in advance.

or try www.focusowners.com , they wont sting you for £20 to find your problem , have you tried grabbing the glass whilst winding the window down , might just be stuck in the rubbers .

no , it was a genuine thanks ! its a great site & one that i will no doubt be looking up alot . i have added it to my favorites list so its ready for those 'weekend' jobs that come up , normally when bits fall off , or windows fall down , all at the worst possible time!
